Sarasota, Florida -- Multi-Year Contract Awarded

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and National Weather Service (NWS) awarded a Tri-Agency multi-year contract to Southeastern Communication Service, Inc. for Tower Inspection and Engineering Services, Restoration of Galvanic Coating Services, Supplies and Materials, and Engineering Data of Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) Towers in the continental United States and overseas locations. This contract is awarded for a base year and four one-year options.

Mr. Jeffery Stackhouse has been appointed Project Manager for this project. Mr. Stackhouse is a veteran of the United States Air Force with over 22 years experience in performing and directing communication site construction and maintenance programs worldwide.

Commencement of this project will be during FY 2004.
